$29.99 Bistro Box + $8.99 shipping caused $39.06 bill from UPS (US Customs Duties $11.44, Govt Extra Charges $2.62, UPS Brokerage charges $25)... which I did not pay... I believe that needs to be paid by Dalcini itself as they did not provide any heads up of this type of charges prior to buying mentioned Bistro Box.

We’ve been shipping to the U.S. for over 10 years without any issues, and had known about these new, cumulative tariffs and brokerage fees in advance, we absolutely would have shared that information before checkout. Unfortunately, the sudden changes, which are outside our control, caught everyone by surprise — including UPS — and shipments have been affected while customs determines the new fee structures.

We truly value our U.S. customers and are actively working with our shipping partners to better understand and minimize these unexpected charges going forward. We have paused all shipments to the US and hope to return serving you in the future.

Haven’t received. Not sure I ever will at this point.

You said you fulfilled my order 20 days ago but I have not received it and your tracking info says it’s in a warehouse in a different state. I ordered 3-4 weeks ago.

U.S. customers have to pay sky high tariffs (Sep 2025)

Two-stars review because Dalcini does not warn U.S. customers they are responsible for huge taxes and fees payable to UPS. On Sept 5, 2025 I had to pay UPS $127.46 for Dalcini items that cost $189.94 (including two of these lunch boxes). It came as a shock when I got an email from UPS about these charges owed to them. Nothing about sky high U.S. tariffs is mentioned in Dalcini's website and in automated messages about the order. Website statement that customers are responsible for tariffs etc doesn't mention huge U.S. tariffs.
