Refund policy

30-day Refund Policy.  : If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Returns

To initiate the return:

1.  Pack items in their original packaging, preferably returned in the same shipping box
2.  Send returned items to:

*Return shipping is paid by the customer,  *Shipment MUST include tracking with a major carrier

3.  E-mail your tracking number to  cs@dalcinistainless.com with your order number in the Subject Line, along with proof of purchase
4.  Once the items are received in good condition, a refund for the purchase price will be returned to the original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank first as there is often a delay before a refund is posted to the account.

Exchanges 
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dalcinistainless.com along with images showing any damage.
